As the Project Management Office lead within our EIS Digital Solutions unit, you will coordinate and structure the work of the Project Management Office (PMO) for our EIS-wide Process- and IT-Harmonization Project.

meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO), coordinating and structuring tasks while ensuring smooth cooperation within the PMO and across program management.
• Take responsibility for staffing the PMO, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to support project objectives effectively.
• Collaborate with your team to provide comprehensive support to project leadership across various areas, including project management, stakeholder management, budget & controlling, resources, administration, communication, implementation, and change.
• Foster close cooperation between the PMO and other key project components, including the "Process Harmonization" and "IT Implementation" workstreams, as well as operational EIS Units, to ensure alignment and integration.
• Play a pivotal role in driving project success by facilitating communication, coordinating efforts, and providing proactive support to ensure all project dimensions are effectively managed and aligned.

• Profound and long-term experience in a relevant role, with some experience in leading teams
• A master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, IT, engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong organizational skills and a track record in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple topics simultaneously
• Be well-versed in strategic program support, with experience in preparing for and contributing to meetings at Board level
• Thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, ready to confront challenges head-on and push the envelope in digital solution delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, advanced German language skills are a plus
